Introduction to pre-order badge feature
The Pre-Order Badge feature allows you to highlight products that are available for pre-order, enhancing visibility and encouraging customer engagement. Below is a step-by-step guide to help you customize and implement this feature effectively.
Step 1: Enable the badge
- Navigate to Badge Status: Ensure the badge is activated by selecting the "Enabled" option under Badge Status. This will make the pre-order badge visible on your product listings.

Step 2: Choose a template:
- You have various template options for your pre-order badge. Select a design that complements your website style.

Step 3: Customize the badge
- Edit the text content of your badge in the Badge Content field. By default, it is set to “Pre-order,” but you can customize this according to your needs.
Font Size and Color:
- Adjust the font size in pixels (px) to suit your design needs. You can also change the font color using the HEX code.
Background Color Style:
- Choose between a solid color or a gradient for the badge background. If you select a gradient, specify two colors for a smooth transition effect.
Positioning:
- Select the desired position for the badge on your product image. Options typically include "Top-Left", "Top-Right", "Bottom-Left", and "Bottom-Right". Choose a position that ensures visibility without obstructing important product details.
Adjust the badge size
- Use the sliders to adjust the width and height of the badge. The dimensions are set as a percentage of the product image size, allowing you to maintain consistent proportions across various product listings.

Step 4: Save the badge and check on the storefront
- Once satisfied with the customization and positioning, save your changes. The pre-order badge will now appear on applicable product listings, helping to inform and attract customers to new and upcoming products.
