Welcome to our Analytics feature, which helps you track the performance of your Preorder and Back in Stock campaigns all in one simple dashboard.

This feature is designed for store admins who want clear insights into:

  • How their campaigns are performing?
  • Which products are converting best?
  • What kind of revenue is being generated?

Analytics for Preorder Campaigns

📊 Summary Metrics

Get a quick overview of your campaign’s performance:

  • Number of pre-orders: Total orders placed via preorder
  • Revenue by pre-order: Total revenue from those orders
  • Average pre-order value: Average value per preorder

See how your results change over time with a line chart. You can switch between:

  • Revenue by pre-order
  • Number of pre-order

View performance for each product with PreOrder enabled which helps you understand which products are driving results:

  • Total orders and revenue per product
  • Search and sort to find top-performing items

🔍 Filters

These filters apply to all the PreOrder analytics:

  • Date range: Select any custom range to view specific performance periods
  • Campaign selector: Focus on one campaign or view all
  • Comparison mode: Compare performance over different time periods

Analytics for Back in Stock Campaigns

📈 Summary Metrics

Have a quick look at how effective your restock notifications are:

  • Total requests: How many customers signed up to be notified.
  • Total notifications sent: Number of notification emails sent out.
  • Order from notification: How many orders came from these alerts.
  • Notification conversion rate: % of requests that led to purchases.
  • Revenue from BIS notification: Total revenue generated.

See performance by-product to identify which products drive the most interest and conversions when back in stock:
