This guide will walk you through how to customize automated emails and ensure they’re sent to your customers at the right time. These emails help you stay connected with your buyers — whether it's restock updates, pre-order confirmations, or balance invoices.

This email is automatically sent to customers when a previously sold-out product is restocked.
Status:
Default is Enabled. This means customers will be notified automatically.
If you want to turn it off or send emails manually, switch the status to Disabled.
Text & Translation:
You can customize the email content and add translations in the published languages of your store. The system will automatically send the email in the customer's preferred language.
Button Customization:
Customize the “Buy Now” button — change the color, font size, and border to match your brand.
Dynamic Tags:
Use dynamic tags like {{product_title}} or {{shop_name}} — these will be automatically replaced with the correct information when the email is sent
